Your item if broken (concrete part) is eligible for return in a week ‘s time for a very nominal cost. The cost of the courier through which the item will be sent will be borne by you. Sending back cost will be on Greystone’s account.
To be eligible for a return,your item received must not be broken or damaged upon receipt and information of such be communicated within 24 hours to us by mailing us on email@example.com . Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. And if approved your refund will be processed & reach you in the next 30 working days.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all GREYTONE packaging and tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Only regular price items can be refunded, unfortunately sales items can not be refunded.
